SHIPPING NOTICE:

This product will be shipped via LTL Freight (click here for shipment image). When the carrier arrives for delivery, an adult must be present to inspect the product, sign the delivery receipt, and unload. Product must be thoroughly inspected upon receipt and any shortage or damage must be noted. Failure to properly note any discrepancies or issues may result in additional fees for replacement or repair.

If you do not have an elevated loading dock or forklift to unload the product from the truck, a liftgate may be required. This service is included at no additional charge. A liftgate is a motorized platform attached to the back of the truck that will physically lower your order to the ground. Once the truck driver places the product on the ground using the liftgate, you are responsible for moving it to the desired location at your property. Light assembly is required.
